Re: Hexapodia as the key insight

I just finished re-reading (or rather re-listening to) "A Fire Upon the Deep" and as i am sometimes prone to do after reading a really good book i checked out TVTropes and a few other sites to see what other people had to say about it. In the course of which i found some postings by people pointing out something i hadn't realized on my own. Twirlip of the Mists didn't start out completely confused and then stumble across the truth later on, it was actually correct the whole time! Hexapodia _is_ the key insight! :)

It's always great when i get a new (forced) epiphany about a book/movie/whatever that i really like.
