Yay! Done with taxes!

Isn't it great to be living hand to mouth, with no mortgage payments and no savings aside from 401k and no investments of any kind that would complicate my tax forms?

... actually, don't answer that question :)

Good for you! I need to do that (and figure out the whole investment- whatever thing...I hear right now is the perfect time to look into the stock market. Man! Even Hershey is affordable, and I bet Starbucks will rarely be this low again).

And rollerblading! I need to do that today-- I appreciate you reminding me how much I enjoy to skate.

No fair! This post isn't about rollerblading!

My _next_ post is about rollerblading! :)

Considering it took you an hour to do your taxes, why did you wait until April 12th to complete them?

Considering I'm living in the same situation, it seems fine to me. You're probably doing better than the 60% of the country (this being one of the 93% of statistics made up on the spot) that are falling further and further into debt.

Well, if it only takes you an hour to do your taxes, why not wait until April 12th to complete them? Especially if you owe money, in which case it's to your advantage to delay as long as possible...

Well, it's not like my stock investments are doing much for me just *now*. Yet they still made me owe the feds four digits of extra taxes. Go figure.

Yes. Yes it is.
