I went out and bought a scale, and despite the fact that I've been trying to go out dancing and do some rollerblading, I've _gained_ weight since the last time I checked =(

I guess I need to do it more often, and eat less. Should probably do some real exercise instead of just dancing and rollerblading, but normal exercise is just so boring...

Had a salad for dinner, but I'll probably eat some junkfood later. I have a willpower of about zero unfortunatly =(

you know, it could be an increase of muscle. You're not really overweight.

Thanks, but you haven't seen me without my shirt on =)

It would be nice to think that it's from increased muscle, however I've still got just as much fat around my waist as always, possibly more.

It was a pretty significant jump too, or at least it felt that way to me.

i feel your pain! i have no willpower against food either.. grr.. i think i will go eat some chips now. *munch munch*

You don't need to eat less, you need to eat saner food at saner hours.

Work on eating relatively healthy stuff on a relatively regular schedule. And keep junk food out of the house so you aren't tempted by it. If you can manage the willpower when you're at the grocery store to just not buy stuff, then you need much less willpower at home, since you'd have to get off your lazy butt and go out and buy junk food when you're tempted to snack on it. :^) *nods sagely*

Yeah, I should, but if I don't have junkfood around, then sometimes I eat nothing at all =(
