Yay! I get to go climbing again! :)

The only places i seem to have gotten burned yesterday were the parts that i considered putting sunscreen on and then decided not to worry about, my legs and feet and the line along the top of my head where my hair parts. The top of my head is very pink, my legs and feet are slightly pink, oh well :)

I need to figure out a way to eat more potassium. I've been getting more leg cramps the past week or two, presumably due to actually exercising and stuff. Got an especially bad one in my left leg in the middle of the night friday night. My leg still feels a little sore but i'm not sure if that's cause of the cramp or cause it's slightly burned, or a combination of both. Well hopefully it won't matter too much while climbing since the real problem i had last week was my hands =P

from wikipedia's entry on muscle cramps, "The precise cause of these cramps is unclear. Potential contributing factors are believed to include low levels of certain minerals (magnesium, potassium, calcium and sodium), dehydration and prolonged sitting. Less common causes include more serious conditions or use of drugs."

And it's not the drugs, unless they're counting caffeine, so i really hope it's some kind of deficiency :)

something to this effect: did a random search for users with similar intrests (anime stuff) and randomly added people that had interesting user info
i find alot of new friends that way
