Going down, yes...not so much when you're scraping your throat raw again because of the milk-induced phlegm. But whatever works for you -hugs-

"milk-induced phlegm"? I have no idea what you're talking about. When i drink milk my throat feels much better immediatly, and then slowly goes back to the same way it was feeling before, but not any worse.

If i go to Del Taco today for lunch i'm thinking about getting three or four cartons of milk and seeing if i can ration them out over the day.
