When I'm sad or unhappy or depressed, I tend to buy things. Is this strange? Am I the only one who does this?

Bought lots of yummy food tonight. I have to wonder if it's worth it. For $35, instead of Brie cheese and cherries and carrots and mushrooms and candy, I could have just bought some potatoes instead, and then bought myself a DVD.

I guess that now the deed is done, I'll just try to enjoy the thing I have, and not think too much about what I could have gotten instead.

I do that too, but if I manage to get up and go to someplace where you can buy stuff, a grocery store, the mall, whatever, then I tend to want to get lots of things.

What about the candy part? And Brie cheese isn't exactly great for you =)

It's all right about last night *holds tight*

I know I do...
especially when there's one thing that I *have* to do... and then I don't have anything else for a while... you should see my credit card bills. Wait, no you shouldn't. They are embarassing.

Re: I know I do...

I doubt that they could be any worse than mine =)

What do you mean when you have one thing you have to do? You mean something to actually get you out of the house, and out into the real world where you can spend money? =)
