Clicking trough various stuff, i found a thing on CNN discussing, terrorism preparedness in various cities in the US. One of the things listed under Seattle could be _really_ misinterpreted:

"Established plans to retrain police, fire and other emergency workers in weapons of mass destruction, which could extend to the public."

In other random news, i need to remember to write all long LJ updates in email first. I was down to the last few sentences of a long post yesterday, when my computer froze and i lost the whole thing =P If i'm writing it to myself in email when that happens then there's an autosave :)

Writing them in a text editor first is a good idea. Although if you use Semagic it can save backups while you write (Semagic being an LJ client). However, if you do LJ from work, your plan is probably better.
