Giant Meteorite Explosion
Once again a giant meteorite has exploded over Russia - the only country giant meteorites ever seem to explode over!
Okay, nowhere near as big as Tunguska, but still pretty impressive. It got caught on a lot of random cameras, particularly security cameras and car mounted cameras (which they seem to have a lot of in Russia?)

The actual news seems pretty fractured at the moment. It's not entirely clear if there was just one meteorite or if it was part of a shower. It's also not clear if it has anything at all to do with the asteroid that's supposed to be passing very close to Earth tomorrow or not.
