shelleycat is of the opinion that since my ankle is still sore and slightly swollen a little over a week after i first started complaining about it that i probably have a bruised bone, and shouldn't aggravate it anymore (ie by further rollerblading) for at least a couple weeks, and possibly a couple months =/ This of course interferes with both my exercise plan and my enjoyment plan :( She suggested i should take the time to lift weights or something to improve my upper-body as well as my legs, but that's boring, and doesn't burn many calories =P
