Darn

I'm a little suprised that there were donuts at work on a thursday, i was _not_ suprised that they were all gone by the time i got here at 11:30 :)

I installed Morpheus today to download some of the music i've gotten stuck in my head the past few weeks. Then i ran AdAware to get rid of all the crap that gets isnstalled with Morpheus. Then i found out that Morpheus has gotten "smart" and won't run after you disable all the crap. =P

Anyone know of any other good P2P programs? Audio Galaxy used to be good, but i'm not willing to pay the subscription fee to find out if my suspicion that enough people aren't paying to make it worthwhile is true or not. Sadly, if i could just buy the mp3s for 50 cents or $1 each, i'd gladly do so, but the RIAA sucks, so....

Of course even if do find a good P2P it's likely i won't be able to find some of the songs i want, because they're local to Orange County. Cool 94.3 (KMXN) is great, because they play all kinds of stuff the other stations don't play, but the downside is that if one of those unusual songs gets stuck in your head, you can't hear it on any other station, you can't get the mp3, you can't even find the lyrics online. Currently "Scarlet Crush - Tune In, Fade Out" is agravating me in that manner :)

No lunch, Balance Bars!

I keep failing to get up in the morning early enough to go to Trader Joe's before work, so today i went to their web page and found out that the closest one to work is only four or five miles away :)

So i went there during my lunch break. Along the way i found a couple of places that had clusters of resturants and such, and one of them even had a sushi place! :) Need to go there and try it out sometime.

I bought about a ton of balance bars of various kinds and flavors, a couple bags of fruit and trail mix, some Mochi (they didn't have any of the green tea :( so i got mango instead) some chocolate covered espresso beans which came with four different kinds of chocolate coating, and some "Cappuccino Cream Corinthians," which are those long thing rolled up crispy tube like cookies with some stuff on the inside. I had no idea what the name of them was, and i ahve no idea if all of them are called Corinthians, or if that's just what this company choose to call them.

In any case i've hopefully got enough snacks to last me at work for at least a week or two, and the majority of them are even healthy :)
