The code is kind of broken for the moment, so while i'm waiting for it to get fixed i thought i'd post my latest mp3 list.

This is kind of an adjunct to a thought proccess i've been having, which is that i'm really weird. (Not that anyone else didn't know that, but anyways =)

A couple months ago i posted a mp3 list of what i was listening to at work, which turned out to be very usefull, because when i got layed off there i didn't have the chance to take the mp3s with me in any format.

When i started working here i looked up the list so i could download the mp3s again and make a new list. One problem, although i know the name of the mp3s, i don't know the sites i got them from. I did some searches on the web and found some of them, though i couldn't find the exact same sites. Morpheus was installed on this computer, and i eventually found some of them that way. I also ended up installing AudioGalaxy which has let me find a lot more.

However some of the ones i've found aren't _exactly_ the same as the old ones i had, and for some reason that disturbs me. In some cases it's just minor changes, in which case i try to tell myself that it doesn't matter, but it still itches at me, even if it's something as trivial as a change of name in the file with the song being (as far as i can tell) identical.

In other cases the differences are obvious, and it bugs the fuck out of me, even if the new one i've got it "better" in some way. The version of Ultra Relax i have now is longer version of the one i had at Westwood instead of just the TV opening, but i still want a copy of that old version!

It's all tangible evidence of the fact that i remain too focused on the past, and the way things used to be.

Now for the list, hopefully i won't be using this for reconstructive purposes at another job for quite some time =)

Yeah, there's some poppy stuff in here too, so sue me =P

*Cough* This has very, very little to do with the actual post... But... er.. how does one put one of those little "read more" things into the post? I'm ignorant... /l.<; And curious too. Yeah... Help meeee?

Re: Question?
There's a specail tag for it: [lj-cut], only use angle brackets instead of square brackets. You can also give it a string to use instead of the default "read more", I believe. Probably like [lj-cut "look at this other stuff"], again with angle brackets, though I haven't done it in a while. It's in one of the FAQs somewhere...

Re: Question?
Yeah, what he said. The replaced text version is [lj-cut text="Whatever"] (As usual with angle brackets instead of square =)
