Oh yeah, and this is the third or fourth time that's happened. Go running, left foot hurts intermitently, left foot feels like its better, go running again, repeat.
Perhaps this time i ought to take a slightly longer break to see if i can get whatever it is to go away permenately, but i feel bad about interupting my current progress in Zombies 5k =P
On the plus side, it seems like the toe socks helped with the blister thing at least a little bit. I may also try the powder thing next time (whenever that is) but i'm somewhat dubious about that. Putting powder in your shoes before running just seems like the fast track to turning them into a sticky muddy mess.
