Oh yeah, and also...  
I've got to say that even though i was only about 95% recovered from being sick, it seemed like a couple of the harder climbs seemed a lot easier after a little over a week of rest. Although i wasn't actually able to tackle anything that i wasn't able to do before, so it didn't help _that_ much.

Also, i'm still not sure if it's a good thing or not that the gym part of the climbing gym has mirrors all along one side, such that if you look over you get to see a nice profile view of exactly why you need to be going to the gym more often =P I suppose it could be considered both motivational and depressing at the same time.
