Still though, Google you really need to work on how you handle deliveries. For hot items Amazon can manage "day of release" delivery. Now i realize that you're not in direct competition with Amazon, but... oh wait, you _are_ in direct competition. But seriously, shipping out the devices people pre-order directly from you a day or two early can't be that big a challenge. Amazon presumably has to work out deals and assurances with the people who actually own the stuff they sell, while you're the (co-)owner of the device in question, you get to determine when it ships and when it goes on sale in stores. So please try to do it right next time?
