*grrr*
My RMR is now down to 1750-1800 calories. It's starting to get easier to just skip some meals so i can eat a decent amount for other meals =P And i haven't been able to have any snacks for the past 48 hours =/

You might consider stocking up on some less-calorie-dense food items? From your past 'what I ate' analysises (analyses? Firefox doesn't like either spelling), it looks like you tend to alternate fasting with eating calorie-dense (burgers, protein bars, etc). Do you like carrot sticks, raw broccoli, fresh fruit, anything like that?

I like veggies and fruit, the problem with eating them is more logistical. It's hard to keep a supply of them on hand. I don't want to eat them every day so if i get a big amount of them they tend to go bad. But buying them in small increments on a regular basis is annoying. I've been doing pretty good at eating the frozen veggies i got from costco though. Perhaps i should get more canned fruit too.

If you like carrots, baby carrots keep quite a while in the fridge. They're one of my favorite go-to snacks.

Frozen veg: the bachelor's best friend! (I count myself in that category, of course.) Also frozen meals (TJ's vegan enchiladas are great) and canned things like beans. Broccoli keeps for a while and is easy to cook, a tofu-and-veg stirfry can be cooked in a frypan (!) and kept in the fridge, if all else fails whole grain pasta is still a decent option.
