Blah, so how much longer do i have to keep this up before i can wear my mesh shirt clubbing or go rollerblading without a shirt and not cause eye injuries to passers-by? =P

Hard question to answer, considering that I don't think you cause eye injuries now (at least not unless you've changed drastically since I saw you two months ago). ;)

And although the dieting is great, and all that rollerblading is super any chance you could add some push-ups and sit-ups. Nothing quite goes with a naked male torso, said torso in a mesh shirt like push-ups and sit-ups. And maybe you are already doing those things, but--personally (and I understand my take on your torso's situation is not especially of interest) I prefer lean to thin. It can be a very subtle difference, but an important one.

Have you checked to see what vitamins/nutrients you are getting during the day? Doesn't look like you are getting many veggies so that might be a problem long term.

One, or even two 2800 calorie days in a week isn't going to completely stall my progress, at worst it would just slow it down. And as i think i mentioned earlier some nutritionists think that it's good to have occasional high calorie days to make sure your metabolism stays up.

Even with those days my scale claims i've been down to 193 or 194 the past couple days, which isn't as fast as i'd like but is within the "1 or 2 lbs a week" that people claim is a good idea.
