Got up at 3, didn't actually make it out the door till almost 5 though, so didn't get to work till 5:30. Worked at icky problem for about an hour, then left to drive up to North Hollywood at 6:30. Traffic was reasonably good, was a bit congested heading into LA and slowed down for quite a bit around the... 10 i think, but other than that was okay. Got to the store at 7:55 but waited till 8:05 before going in.

They got a sales rep up to talk to me and i asked about the wonderflex and she said they didn't have any left. I said that when i talked to them last week they said they were out of the white stuff but still had some of the blue wonderflex in stock. She said "and we sold the rest of it since them," or something to that effect, and added that she thought they would be getting more in around july but she'd have to check. I figured that wouldn't hurt so i said sure. She disappeared for a few minutes and then came back and said i was in luck, they were out of the normal wonderflex but had some that was blue and was that alright? This left me rather confused about what it is she thought i said the first time, but i was happy that they actually had it. I ordered 5 sheets and then sat around for 10-15 minutes while they got me set up in their customer database, then another five or so minutes while they put the order together. I forgot to check the exact time but i think it was about 8:30 or a little later by the time i left.

I'd noticed the 405 S was _really_ slow on the way up so instead of getting straight back on it i drove south for a bit and got on the 101 "N" so that i could get on the 405 a little father down. Of course the exchange from the 101 to the 405 was slow, then the 405 itself was slow, until about halfway through the mini-pass. It started speeding up a little after that, and after cresting it it was fair sailing pretty much all the way back to work. Got in at about 10:30 and started working on the stupid problem again. And i actually figured out what the issue was! Yay!

After work went to the softball game, then gave jmpava a ride home and dropped off one of the sheet of wonderflex with coraa. Now i should go to bed so i can get up early tomorrow so i can leave work early tomorrow and get the other things i need. Oh yeah, and no jury duty tomorrow, yay! :)

Win XP x64 has two copies of the msado dlls, one for x64 and one for Win32. The program i was building is Win32 but the x64 dll was being referenced. For some reason this worked just fine most of the time and only failed for one function.
