I got questions from kallah

1) What was your favorite part of college?

Being able to walk out to the lounge at any hour of the day or night and likely be able to socialize with someone.

2) Who is your present favorite author? Why?

Ack, this is tough. I could rate a lot of different authors first based on different criteria, and it's really hard to say which criteria is most important. I think i'd maybe go with SM Stirling, because along with really liking his books i also get to discuss them with him and other fans on his mailing list. The themes he deals with (variations on alternate history) allow for quite a lot of discussion and lots of sidetracks into strange and interesting topics.

3) What is your ideal place to live?

What type of answer are you looking for? Geographical? The type of house or apartment? Something else?

In terms of geography, i like coasts, especially the west coast, and i like northern areas. In other words i really like the pacific northwest where i grew up, but am okay with areas that share at least some of the same elements.

And _ideally_ i think if it were possible i'd want to live in a planned community, either in a house or an apartment complex that i was sharing with friends and acquaintances.

4) Dogs, cats, or other?

Mrow! What a silly question! ;)

5) Favorite genre of music?

This is even harder than the favorite author one =P

Most of the time when i'm in a good mood or want to be in a good mood i like bouncy music, otherwise i like sad music, but those aren't really genres. I like rock and some pop and some grunge and some punk and some alternative and jpop and anime and vg soundtracks and remixes and techno and goth and industrial and folk and filk and humor. I think maybe if i had to keep just one i'd go with either rock or pop, just because i could fit a lot of things in under those categories.

Yay questions! I like questions! *wants more questions*
