Silly quiz thing
that i got from sithjawa over here

Empathy Quotient:

34

33-52: You have an average ability for understanding how other people feel and responding appropriately. You know how to treat people with care and sensitvity. Most women score about 47 and most men about 42.

Systemizing Quotient:

22

20-39: You have an average ability for analyzing and exploring a system. Systemizing is the drive to analyse and explore a system, to extract underlying rules that govern the behavior of a system; and the drive to construct systems. On average women score about 24 and men score about 30.

What's a D.I.Y?? I have no idea how i would carry one out, or whether or not i would be meticulous in doing so.

So apparently i'm on the _very_ low end of average in both cases. Guess i don't have a sex? :)

Apparently i have a "balanced brain," it's just balanced on the low end of the scale =P

I got an EQ of 44 and an SQ of 35, which puts me at average, right in the middle range. Higher than "most men" on both, "most women" on SQ.

So I have a more "masculine" brain. Whatever /that/ means.

It means that you're more masculine than me? Hmmm, no, that really doesn't make any sense, nevermind :)

It's not impossible. I may have an XX chromosome set, but I think like a guy a lot.

Granted, their "guy" and "girl" endpoints are pretty stereotypical, and I'm not your stereotypical girl.

"I may have an XX chromosome set, but I think like a guy a lot."

How so?

In the largely stereotypical "guy things" - I read sf, like computers, know brake fluid from windshield fluid (and can find receptacles for both in my car), fix stuff myself if I can. And those are the kinds of questions that were in the test.

You didn't hear "ladies don't do that" every other thing you did as a kid.

Does that make sense?

I'm not quite sure how reading sf and liking computers leads to thinking like a guy, if there was actually a difference between how women think and how men think i'd think it would be based on things less trivial than what hobbies they prefer. Although if that's what they're judging on, maybe not liking cars is one of the things that shifted me over to the middle.
