Push ups and cute girls  
While looking up details on the Hundred Push Up Challenge this morning i stumbled across this video. Am i the only one who thinks that's really hot? :)

In other news, i finished day 2 of week 5! ...but only by taking huuuuuuuge breaks in the second half. Like 4-5 minutes instead of the 45 seconds they recommend. I'm not sure if that means i should continue on to day 3, or keep doing day 2 until i can get the breaks between sets down to a reasonable time.

Also, i've started recording my weight every day so i can get more consistent numbers. Here's what i've gotten over the last week:

05-31: 195.0 lbs - 51.6 lbs fat - 26.5% fat - 28.2 BMI
06-02: 195.0 lbs - 51.6 lbs fat - 26.5% fat - 28.2 BMI
06-03: 194.1 lbs - 51.0 lbs fat - 26.3% fat - 28.1 BMI
06-04: 195.6 lbs - 51.9 lbs fat - 26.6% fat - 28.3 BMI
06-05: 194.3 lbs - 51.2 lbs fat - 26.4% fat - 28.1 BMI
06-06: 194.3 lbs - 51.0 lbs fat - 26.3% fat - 28.1 BMI
06-07: 194.3 lbs - 51.0 lbs fat - 26.3% fat - 28.1 BMI

I've also put all the data into a spreadsheet and calculated trends and stuff. That's shared here if you want to take a look at it.
